By implementing Quick Base Sync for Cloud Apps (a built‑in, no‑code Salesforce integration) and a custom Salesforce flag, UBM automated hourly, filtered data transfers so new projects can be created from a dropdown in Quick Base and trigger automatic notifications. The change eliminated manual re-entry and errors, sped project onboarding, and saved roughly 15 minutes per project—about 20 hours per month—improving execution and customer satisfaction.
