Lacrosse Unlimited, founded in 1990 and grown to 44 retail locations with a strong online presence, needed a way to unify retail storefronts, production, team sales, and eCommerce into a single system. The company sought an easy-to-deploy, low-code CRM that would harmonize supply chain, fulfillment, and business development processes while reducing reliance on a dedicated IT team.
Using Quickbase, Lacrosse Unlimited built an integrated CRM that syncs POS, warehouses, production orders, and its website (including SFTP and iPad integrations) to provide real-time inventory and fulfillment visibility, dashboards, and reporting.
