Taylor Insurance Services (TIS), a family‑owned employee benefits and financial services firm in Valdosta, GA, was struggling to manage more than 85,000 policies covering some 50,000 people on an overloaded Microsoft Access database that crashed frequently, was costly to modify, and provided little insight—while off‑the‑shelf CRMs didn’t match their workflows and their IT budget was modest.
