DocOrganiz, a document management and accounts payable software and service provider, was asked by a major client to fix an error-prone process for tracking vendor price changes across more than 2,000 list prices. The client relied on sporadic manual spreadsheet updates from multiple vendors, which introduced mistakes, consumed staff time, and risked profitability and customer satisfaction.

DocOrganiz implemented Quick Base with Quick Base Sync for CSV, pulling vendor CSVs from a Box folder into a consolidated Quick Base pricing app and adding an online approval workflow and scheduled refreshes. The automation delivers daily, up-to-date pricing, cuts manual data work (saving up to 60 hours a year), reduces review time and errors, and improves price predictability, profitability, and customer satisfaction — with potential to extend the approach to invoicing.
