IPD, an Australian leader in electrical protection, distribution and industrial control equipment, faced a time-consuming, error-prone cataloging process: product data lived across Pronto ERP and local databases with no single source of truth, forcing IPD to manually assemble about 600 pages of catalogs and related brochures each year—an effort that took 4–6 months. To address this, IPD engaged Questudio and its CatalogStudio solution to move to a database-driven system that could produce print catalogs and drive a dynamic website.

Questudio implemented CatalogStudio, integrated it with Pronto ERP, organized a content team and on-site project managers to standardize and consolidate 20,000+ SKUs into a central repository, and built a dynamic web front end and omni-channel publishing pipeline. As a result, Questudio enabled automated catalog production, real-time website updates from the ERP, far fewer aggregation errors, and major time savings compared with the prior 4–6 month manual process.
