Government Department Adopts Questudio’s CatalogStudio Software to Manage Transportation Information Difficulties

The State of Delaware’s Department of Transportation (DelDOT) struggled with an annual 800‑page CTP catalog and a long-form internal report whose data lived in multiple systems; assembling and calculating the content was a 4–6 month, error-prone manual process. To automate reporting, eliminate calculation and formatting mistakes, and enable future CD and web publishing, the State of Delaware selected Questudio’s CatalogStudio solution.

Questudio implemented CatalogStudio, integrating it with DelDOT’s Oracle systems, building interfaces with the customer’s IT team, and using a “data loader” for on‑demand imports. With pre-built templates and a long‑form review workflow, the 800‑page report can now be generated in minutes instead of months, user and calculation errors have been avoided, and a central content repository positions the State of Delaware to produce CDs and offer web access to project details.
