Donnelly’s, a long-established school uniform supplier serving over 200 schools, needed a centralized PIM and a seamless web experience to replace and extend their existing Magento site while importing legacy data from their AppGen ERP. They engaged Questudio to provide a solution that would consolidate organizational and product data, support account creation and guest purchases, and preserve all current site capabilities (including use of Questudio’s PDFxPress and CatalogStudio components).

Questudio executed a two‑phase program (POC then full implementation), building a custom import tool to convert AppGen text files into CatalogStudio imports, integrating WordPress and WebStudio, adding admin interfaces, configurable product pricing, guest checkout, and promotion/discount management. The POC validated the approach, Donnelly’s approved the full rollout, and Questudio delivered the system for UAT with real‑time feeds and live data—streamlining data imports, enabling bulk user activation, and scheduling the site to go live in July 2016.
