Diamond Pharmacy, a leading correctional pharmacy services provider, needed a modern e-commerce site to let institutions, staff nurses and patients place and track orders for hundreds of products while enforcing different permission levels. To solve this they engaged Questudio to build a WebStudio-based online catalog and ordering system that would integrate with their Pacware ERP and support hierarchical user groups and role-based access.

Questudio implemented hierarchical user groups, parametric search, and a real-time integration between Pacware and Questudio’s WebStudio using mapped database tables, scripts and stored procedures for pricing and group discounts. The result was a dynamically driven site with live feeds: orders are sent immediately to Pacware and confirmations/status updates return to WebStudio in real time, enabling streamlined ordering across institutions and tailored pricing visibility — a successful delivery that met Diamond Pharmacy’s requirements.
