Detroit, a leading U.S. automotive giant with a network of more than 2,700 dealers, needed to replace the costly, error-prone cycle of printing and shipping eight pricing guides semiannually. They engaged Questudio to build an online service portal and automate catalog production (using Adobe InDesign templates and a custom price-import tool) so dealers could securely log in and view dealer-specific pricing for roughly 1,200 service plans.

Questudio delivered a phased solution—proof of concept followed by full implementation—integrating the portal with the ERP, adding a natural language search, file-watcher price imports, admin dashboards, and on‑the‑fly PDF generation. The result: dealers can instantly access and print up-to-date, dealer-specific price guides (eliminating the need to print/ship semiannual catalogs to 2,700+ dealers), faster price updates, measurable cost savings, on-time delivery, and new follow‑on work from the accessories division for further automation.
