Case Study: NT-ware improves remote cybersecurity readiness with Questionmark

A Questionmark Case Study

NT-ware assesses 155 employees’ cybersecurity readiness with Questionmark

NT-ware, a software development company specializing in print and scan solutions, faced new cybersecurity risks after switching its employees to remote work in 2020. To protect its business and meet compliance requirements, it needed to identify if its staff had the knowledge to handle modern threats. The company used Questionmark's Cybersecurity for Home-based Workers assessment to measure employee competency.

Questionmark's assessment provided NT-ware with a clear picture of its employees' cybersecurity knowledge, enabling the firm to identify areas for further training and support. The results showed that most employees were equipped to work securely from home. This helped NT-ware increase threat awareness, reduce breach risks, and demonstrate its serious approach to cybersecurity to customers and partners, thereby building trust. NT-ware plans to make the Questionmark assessment a part of its onboarding process for new hires.
