Intermountain Healthcare, a network of 21 hospitals and numerous clinics in Utah and Southern Idaho, faced heavy regulatory training and documentation burdens for roughly 25,000 employees. Compliance and certification courses were delivered via stand‑up presentations and paper tests, forcing costly staff backfill and manual recordkeeping that approached $1 million annually, so the organization turned to Questionmark to modernize testing and tracking.

Using Questionmark to deliver computerized assessments alongside over 350 short (3–5 minute) CBT modules—integrated with the Pathlore LMS—allowed nurses to take training at the bedside during downtime, immediately test and have completion recorded, and enabled supervisors to quickly see who had taken and passed courses.
