Instructors find it easy to author questions and assemble tests

Harris Teeter University, the training arm for the Harris Teeter chain of 138 stores serving more than 15,000 associates across six states, needed a way to ensure consistent job knowledge for diverse roles (from store managers to scanning coordinators) and to reduce the administrative burden of managing tests and scores. To meet this challenge they deployed Questionmark assessments together with DK Systems' OnTrack for Training and OnTrack Online LMS.

By running Questionmark on the company intranet integrated with OnTrack, instructors automated test registration and score management, saving significant administrative time and eliminating manual score communication. Harris Teeter University uses Questionmark participant and statistical reports daily to track scores and test durations, set appropriate time limits, identify and revise difficult questions, enforce pass/fail requirements for certification and retraining, and plan expansion of additional CBT courses—delivering measurable efficiency and more flexible testing for associates.
