El Paso Independent School District Captivates Learning With Questionmark

El Paso Independent School District, which serves 63,000 students on 92 campuses with about 4,500 teachers, needed scalable, anytime/anywhere training to expand technology use and integrate it into instruction. Christopher Sherman and his team of 10 technical site coordinators turned to Questionmark, integrating it with Adobe Captivate to build interactive, realistic online learning modules and assessments for teachers.

Using Questionmark to deliver QML-based assessments authored in Captivate, Sherman developed roughly 60 interactive modules (simulations, clickable tasks, step-by-step workflows) with built-in reporting and CPE credit tracking. The Questionmark solution made many assessments mandatory (e.g., about 3,400 elementary and middle-school teachers had to pass before receiving laptops), streamlined certification processes like warehouse ordering, and provided auditable reporting—delivering measurable district-wide training, compliance, and credit-tracking improvements.
