Case Study: Computacenter achieves scalable, cloud-based compliance assessment delivery with Questionmark OnDemand

A Questionmark Case Study

Preview of the Computacenter Case Study

Delivering Compliance-Related Assessments to a Global Workforce

Computacenter, one of Europe’s leading independent IT infrastructure providers with about 13,000 employees worldwide, faced growing demand for compliance-related assessments to ensure staff understood security and standard operating procedures. The organisation had used Questionmark for post-training tests and evaluations since 2005, but rising compliance needs and the desire to reduce internal IT overhead led Computacenter to expand its programme and move to Questionmark OnDemand in 2012.

Questionmark delivered a cloud-based assessment solution (Questionmark OnDemand) with centralized authoring, local scheduling, a delivery portal, and built-in reporting (Coaching, Gap Analysis, Item Analysis, Transcript) to track performance and maintain an audit trail. The switch removed the need to buy and maintain servers, delivered automatic monthly updates, enabled rapid scaling and on-demand assessment purchases, and freed IT resources—resulting in simpler assessment processes, better analytics for continuous improvement, and more effective compliance management across the organisation.
