Datakortet is a Norwegian testing services organization operating some 400 test centers and, together with its subsidiary Norsk Test, administers national and international exams including the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL). Facing the need to move many paper-based and mixed-stakes assessments online, ensure secure, scalable delivery across its nationwide network, and better track and analyze results, Datakortet adopted Questionmark’s Assessment Management System and related test-center administration tools.

Questionmark provided a test center administration package and assessment platform that supports hot‑spot, drag‑and‑drop and simulation item types, branching/adaptive tests, nightly result transfers to a central database, and selectable security levels (including dual log‑on and proctor monitoring). Using Questionmark, Datakortet and Norsk Test have replaced paper tests for several national awarding bodies, improved pass‑rate calculation and item analysis, delivered realistic simulations for vocational training, and deployed consistent, secure testing across their ~400 centers.
