Coosa Valley Technical College, which runs Diagnostic Ultrasound, Echocardiography and Vascular Sonography programs, needed to prepare graduates for a computer-based national certification exam while preserving classroom time and including image-based questions. To address these challenges the college began using Questionmark in 1999 to create tests that mirror the certification format and support image- and hotspot-style questions.

As a result, the college built an item bank of more than 5,000 questions and multiple 180-item mock registry exams, added per-question feedback and coaching reports to drive learning, and reduced reliance on separate monitoring tools like NetSupport — demonstrating measurable gains in test readiness and assessment management under Questionmark.
