Bradesco Foundation in Brazil improves quality of vocational assessments for 100,000 learners

Bradesco Foundation, a Brazilian non-profit providing education and vocational training to around 100,000 learners, faced a time-consuming, decentralized assessment workflow with paper tests administered across 40 campuses. To streamline evaluation and improve quality, the Foundation adopted Questionmark’s online assessment tools (surveys, quizzes and tests) and integrated them into its portal and learning systems.

Questionmark implemented a centralized, reusable item repository with online delivery and SumTotal LMS integration, enabling tests to be launched from the LMS and results to be returned automatically. The switch to Questionmark sped up result processing, gave teachers instant feedback and rich statistical reporting for meta‑assessment, and now supports more than 100,000 students (45,000 K–12, 15,000 adult education, 40,000 professional education), helping administrators identify and implement program improvements.
