American Hospital Dubai, a 1,600-employee private healthcare provider, faced urgent IT challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic: they needed to rapidly provision and manage hundreds of end-user devices for a field hospital conversion and lacked accurate inventory and automated software deployment to ensure each device met hospital requirements.

Using the KACE Systems Deployment Appliance and KACE Systems Management Appliance, IT automated imaging, OS/drivers/app installation and ongoing endpoint management. This enabled rapid device rollouts (including a 48-hour field hospital build-out), reliable inventory and asset tracking, Windows 10 upgrades, and simplified reporting—giving the hospital faster deployments, better visibility and confidence that devices were correctly configured.
