Fedrigoni Group, a global Italian maker of fine paper and self-adhesives with about 5,000 employees, accelerated growth through 10 mergers and acquisitions in three years. That rapid M&A activity created a pressing need to consolidate disparate Office 365 tenants and on‑premises Active Directory into a single IT ecosystem to improve Teams and SharePoint collaboration, reduce administrative overhead, and enforce unified security controls.
