Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated (CCBCC), a U.S. beverage bottler with about 3,000 employees, needed to migrate roughly 3,000 IBM Notes mailboxes, distribution lists and conference rooms to Microsoft Exchange without data loss or business disruption, and maintain full coexistence between Notes and Exchange during the transition.

CCBCC and partner InfraScience deployed Quest’s Migrator for Notes to Exchange and Coexistence Manager for Notes, using a multi‑threaded migration approach that preserved folder structures, contacts and calendar integrity. The project finished two months early, cutting the migration timeline by 33%, achieving 100% data accuracy, reducing external consulting costs and preserving business workflow and collaboration.
