Elevion GmbH, a Germany-based building-technology group with 3,150 employees across 50 domestic locations and numerous partner companies, struggled to secure and manage a mixed fleet of mobile devices. With hundreds of phones distributed among field workers, the IT team lacked reliable inventory, update status and separation of personal and company data, making manual enrollments, app installs and GDPR compliance slow and risky.

Elevion deployed KACE Cloud Mobile Device Manager to automate device enrollment and management for more than 700 smartphones. Enrollment time fell from about 20 minutes to five minutes per device (a 75% reduction), IT can push apps like Microsoft Teams and enforce a company workspace to separate and remotely wipe business data, and technicians regained time while shadow IT was reduced through standardized tooling and 20 unified policies.
