UNDP, the United Nations Development Programme, needed a better way to manage its large global fleet of about 3,000 vehicles while reducing environmental impact, protecting staff, and improving operational efficiency. QuEST Global worked with Microsoft to address the challenge using Microsoft Azure IoT Central.

QuEST Global built a fleet management solution that connected and monitored UNDP vehicles across key metrics such as speed, location, vehicle health, and driver behavior. The solution was piloted at four UNDP centers and then planned for global rollout by 2020, helping UNDP strengthen fleet visibility, safety, and cost control.
