Dr. Laura Schroeder’s North Phoenix Infectious Disease practice in Phoenix, Arizona, was looking for a better way to manage billing and collections. Since adding Quest Diagnostics’ Quanum RCM in 2016, the practice has seen monthly increases in copay and other payment collections, along with fewer billing errors and denials. The office also gained automated appointment confirmations and better visibility into performance through dashboard reporting, helping improve efficiency and reduce no-shows.
