GEA Group - Customer Case Study

GEA Group, a global engineering company with around 18,500 employees, needed to standardize and digitize health, safety and environmental (EHS) management across many varied production sites while maintaining legal compliance and supporting ISO certifications. Since 2014 GEA Group has relied on Quentic’s cloud-based EHS and CSR software to consolidate local requirements into a single, modular system (Health & Safety, Legal Compliance, Risks & Audits, Hazardous Materials, Environmental Management, Online Instructions, Processes).

Quentic implemented a centralized, multilingual SaaS platform that was rolled out across almost all German plants and is being piloted and expanded internationally (Netherlands pilot, live use in India, plans for China and the USA). The Quentic solution improved data and document quality, streamlined training and compliance, and "considerably reduced" the effort required for internal audits while supporting GEA Group’s ISO certifications and ongoing EHS continuous improvement.
