Case Study: ENGIE Deutschland achieves streamlined occupational health and safety management with Quentic

A Quentic Case Study

Preview of the ENGIE Deutschland Case Study

ENGIE Deutschland - Customer Case Study

ENGIE Deutschland, a 1,000‑employee subsidiary of the ENGIE Group with eight sites across Germany, faced the complex task of coordinating risk assessments, safety measures, operating instructions, employee training records and compliance with OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 across daily operations and major projects. To address these challenges the company deployed Quentic’s online health & safety management software to centralize documentation and workflows.

Quentic provided a central platform (including modules such as Core, Health & Safety, Risks & Audits, Hazardous Materials, Legal Compliance and Environmental Management) that lets ENGIE Deutschland record, update and distribute risk assessments and operating instructions with a few clicks, track employee qualifications and training, and allow external reviewers to enter inspection results directly. By using Quentic, ENGIE Deutschland sped up information collection and processing, streamlined audits and inspections (notably for the Wilhelmshaven project), improved transparency and reduced administrative effort in meeting regulatory and certification requirements.
