Case Study: Miba AG achieves global EHS standardization and lower accident rates with Quentic

A Quentic Case Study

Preview of the Miba AG Case Study

A New Drive for Ehs Management

Miba AG, an Austrian industrial and technology group with more than 30 production sites and about 7,500 employees worldwide, needed to raise safety standards, achieve global legal conformity and standardize EHS processes across different languages, cultures and locations. To address these challenges, Miba AG chose Quentic’s integrated EHS software platform (including modules such as Health & Safety, Risks & Audits, Hazardous Chemicals and Legal Compliance) to unify and digitalize its occupational health, safety and environmental management.

Quentic delivered a phased, strategic rollout—piloting and configuring modules at the Austrian site, engaging local EHS experts as key users and scaling the solution group‑wide (making Risks & Audits compulsory during COVID‑19). The Quentic platform improved incident reporting and transparency (multi‑language SDS access), enabled dashboards and legal monitoring, and produced measurable results: reportable accidents dropped from 12 to 7 per 1,000 employees (preventing roughly 40 serious accidents), while accelerating global EHS digitalization and standardization.
