Workday Adaptive Planning Customer Automates OfficeConnect Report Distribution at Scale

QueBIT worked with a leading financial technology providing company, a publicly traded and fast-growing fintech provider, to improve how financial reports reached managers and executives. The company used Workday Adaptive Planning as its central financial planning and reporting system, but self-service dashboards were not a good fit for busy users who preferred Slack and email, and the FP&A team was spending too much time manually creating custom Excel reports for repeated requests.

QueBIT implemented ReportWORQ to automate the secure distribution of personalized Workday Adaptive OfficeConnect reports through email and Slack in formats like Excel, PDF, PowerPoint, and HTML. The solution reduced repetitive FP&A work, increased engagement with reporting, enabled conditional and role-based distribution, and supported board reporting automation; the Director of FP&A reported that more than 10 daily reports were distributed with dynamic commentary, saving an estimated 75 person-hours per month, while over 100 monthly reporting packages were updated and sent to more than 70 Slack channels and email groups.
