QueBIT worked with the largest automotive distributing company, a global distributor of automotive parts and accessories with operations across three continents. The company’s legacy FP&A system was slow, manual, and error-prone, making it difficult to scale planning and forecasting, consolidate data efficiently, and generate timely insights for management.

QueBIT implemented IBM Planning Analytics to streamline and automate the company’s financial planning process. The new solution cut data consolidation and GL loading from more than a day of manual effort to about 20 minutes, reduced the team needed to run the process from 6–7 people to 2, and enabled real-time reporting and deeper analysis, giving FP&A more time to focus on decision-making and high-value insights.
