Its old process relied on three separate reports that only a few highly skilled employees could run, making food safety and compliance reporting slow and labor intensive. QueBIT helped the company modernize its analytics approach using Cognos Analytics 11 alongside a new ERP environment.

QueBIT implemented a near real-time cloud replica of Surlean Foods’ operational database, turning it into a business intelligence data warehouse for ad hoc reporting and disaster recovery. The new solution gave users real-time visibility across production, inventory, sourcing, and shipping, with mapping, monitoring, and alerting to improve trust in the data.
