How QueBIT helped ADP Improve Business Analytics for A Growing Network of Dental Practice

American Dental Partners worked with QueBIT as it faced rapidly growing planning and analytics demands across more than 350 dental practices. Its existing Cognos Enterprise Planning environment could not keep up with the company’s scale, performance needs, or requirement for real-time reporting and specialty-based planning, so ADP needed a more flexible and scalable solution.

QueBIT implemented IBM Cognos TM1 with a web-based front end, WebWORQ, to support controlled, user-friendly planning and forecasting for more than 100 users. The new system improved data loading and report generation from hours to seconds, enabled real-time analysis, added specialty planning, and gave users easier access to actuals, plans, and source data; ADP was so satisfied with the results that it also planned to add QueBIT’s ReportWORQ for automated report distribution.
