Covenant Logistics Group worked with QueBIT to replace a slow, spreadsheet-heavy forecasting process that made financial planning, version control, and secure reporting difficult. QueBIT implemented an enterprise financial planning and summary reporting solution on IBM Planning Analytics Cloud, using Planning Analytics Workspace, Planning Analytics for Excel, and IBM Secure Gateway. The new platform created one source of truth, improved security and version tracking, automated workflows, and enabled self-service planning at divisional and departmental levels; as a result, Covenant Logistics Group significantly reduced finance workload, increased system accuracy, and accelerated the delivery of fast, detailed forecasts and reports.
