Vision Hospitality Group, a hotel owner and operator based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, needed a better way to manage reporting as the company grew. Its finance team was spending too much time in Excel organizing, loading, checking, and re-keying data, and month-end reporting was often delayed. QueBIT helped address this challenge with IBM Planning Analytics and ReportWORQ.

QueBIT implemented a cloud-based analytics platform built on IBM Planning Analytics and Planning Analytics Workspace, with ReportWORQ automating report distribution. The new solution gave Vision Hospitality a single version of the truth for reporting and analysis, enabled ad hoc analysis and role-based access, and streamlined delivery of more than three dozen recurring reports. The company reduced administrative work by about 60 hours and saved over 6.0 person-hours each month on file saving and email attachment tasks.
