AAA Northeast Leverages Workday Adaptive Planning to Streamline Reporting, Improve Auditability and Manage Workflow

AAA Northeast, one of the AAA association’s largest clubs, needed a more modern and flexible way to handle financial planning, reporting, auditability, and workflow. Its legacy system was labor-intensive, difficult to maintain, and not sustainable for the organization’s growing FP&A needs. AAA Northeast worked with QueBIT to implement Workday Adaptive Planning and improve integration with its ERP system.

QueBIT delivered the project in two phases, building core structures, automating actuals loads, and creating planning models, workflows, and consolidated reporting. With Workday Adaptive Planning and QueBIT’s ReportWORQ, AAA Northeast consolidated over 200 reports down to two report builds for complex packages, cut report generation from more than an hour to minutes, improved auditability and transparency, simplified planning calculations, and created dashboards for easier KPI consumption.
