The Gulf Bank engaged Qubstudio to overhaul its complex Workforce Velocity HRTech platform. The challenge was to revamp the entire system's user interface and navigation without disrupting existing workflows, while also consolidating the diverse needs of its various user types into a unified solution.

The solution included a refined UX/UI, new navigation and search features, an optimized workflow for different users, and new dashboards for recruitment and scheduling. The measurable results included a 94% completion rate for redesigned user flows and the creation of 445 new UI screens to support 64 user flows.
