AgileOne, a leading customer data platform for enterprise brands, needed to run complex machine learning models and process massive volumes of customer data at scale. To support its AgilOne Cortex platform and more than a billion predictions per day across AWS and Google Cloud, AgileOne partnered with Qubole to improve workload automation, reduce infrastructure bottlenecks, and maintain cloud portability.

Qubole implemented a cloud-agnostic data and machine learning platform with Apache Spark, Airflow, Zeppelin Notebooks, and APIs to automate cluster management and ML workflows. As a result, AgileOne gained self-service provisioning, faster prototyping and model deployment, easier orchestration, and lower reliance on operations teams, while also improving efficiency, reliability, and time to value.
