James Andrew International and Qube: The investment that has helped grow the business

James Andrew International (JAI) is a commercial and residential property manager with about £2.5 billion under management in the UK, serving high‑profile clients. Needing greater transparency, faster client reporting and a way to scale back‑office processes (including handling 200–300 invoices a day), JAI invested four years ago in Qube Global software (Qube) to bring together property management, accounting, document management and workflow automation.

Qube Global implemented an integrated Qube solution—including Document Manager, the reporting suite, workflows and bar‑code scanning—automating reporting, document handling and invoice processing while enabling secure client access. The results were measurable: roughly 30 specialist reports created, Document Manager halved administration time on £20m of service charge accounts, credit control saved at least a week a quarter on a £200m rent roll, and daily invoice processing was reduced to minutes—improving efficiency, transparency and client trust and helping JAI grow.
