How Grainger has worked with Qube Global Software to support the first of their PRS developments.

Grainger plc, the UK’s largest listed specialist residential landlord, is rapidly expanding into the private rented sector and needed a way to track applicants, manage sales and lettings processes, and integrate those workflows with its existing systems. To support its first purpose-built PRS development, Abbeville Apartments, Grainger engaged Qube Global and adopted Qube PM along with Qube’s sales, lettings and management functionality to replace manual, error-prone processes.

Qube Global implemented an integrated solution that links units to marketing portals, matches applicants, handles pre-tenancy checks and payments, and creates and manages tenancies within Qube PM. The result was a swift, virtually seamless rollout—within five months the application met Grainger’s requirements—and Abbeville’s 100 homes were fully let ahead of schedule; the integration also reduced manual work, improved reporting and customer profiling, and will be reused for future PRS projects.
