Office Supply, an online retailer of office and janitorial supplies, furniture, and technology, faced the dual challenge of expanding its digital footprint to acquire new customers while improving retention and revenue on OfficeSupply.com. Quartile built segmented campaigns—targeting search intent, trademark queries, average order value, and seasonality—and automated bidding and campaign creation to reach shoppers at every stage. As a result of Quartile’s approach, Office Supply saw a 67% increase in Google Ads revenue, a 23% revenue lift in Google Paid Search, 32% growth in Google Paid Search impression share, and a 103% increase in Google Shopping clicks for trademark terms.
