GoFoodservice, a leading online retailer of restaurant equipment and supplies with over 30,000 SKUs, faced the challenge of increasing sales while keeping marketing spend efficient and its small marketing team focused. To scale Google and Bing advertising without expanding internal bandwidth, GoFoodservice partnered with Quartile, leveraging Quartile’s Apex technology and managed search and shopping services.
Quartile implemented smarter campaign segmentation—creating trademark, branded (for top brands like True Refrigeration, Turbo Air, and Beverage Air), and numeric campaigns—plus expanded text and dynamic search ads to capture model/part‑level queries and broader relevant traffic. The results were strong: conversions +56%, revenue +106%, overall Google/Bing sales +13% in the first six months, paid search ROAS +48%, Shopping ROAS +119%, with paid search costs down 30% YoY and shopping costs down 6%—all achieved through Quartile’s strategy and platform.
