Gary’s Wine faced the dual challenge of navigating strict alcohol advertising rules and capturing a wide range of online purchase intent across channels. To grow online ad revenue and simplify multi-channel advertising on Google, Bing and Facebook, Gary’s Wine partnered with Quartile and adopted Quartile’s AI-driven advertising technology and managed campaign services.
Quartile implemented intent-focused Google Shopping structures, dynamic bid optimization and Facebook retargeting (site visitors, cart abandoners and past customers) using automated testing and lookback-window tuning. As a result, Quartile helped Gary’s Wine exceed return goals: 8X revenue growth on Facebook in 9 months, 54% revenue growth on Google Shopping in 9 months, and 24% better ROAS on both Google Shopping and Google Paid Search versus goal, with the retailer continuing to meet and surpass channel targets.
