Combining Amazon and non-Amazon Media Leads to Over 100% Growth for SmartyPants

SmartPants Vitamins, a health-and-wellness brand founded in 2011, needed to reach shoppers off Amazon and measure how non-Amazon channels drove sales on Amazon. To build a full-funnel, multichannel strategy they partnered with Quartile and used the Quartile Platform integrated with Amazon Attribution and Amazon Advertising to understand and optimize customer journeys both on and off Amazon.

Quartile ran coordinated off-Amazon paid search and social campaigns, relaunched Amazon Advertising (including Sponsored Display) for remarketing, and used its AI/ML optimization within the Quartile Platform tied to Amazon Attribution. The results included 125% growth in new-to-brand orders from social, a 1.6X increase in ROAS for search, a 5% lift in net sales and a 268% increase in Subscribe & Save from remarketing, and over 100% year-over-year sales growth in October 2020.
