Window Flakes, a specialty home décor brand selling reusable seasonal window and surface clings, needed to stay visible on Amazon during short, high-intent holiday shopping windows. In a category marked by intense seasonality, rising competition, and falling prices, the challenge was not generating demand but capturing it at the right moment.
