Ombre, a leader in the men’s fashion market, faced the challenge of reproducing the attentive, discovery-driven in-store shopping experience online while stopping price-conscious browsers from leaving and improving marketing ROI. To address this, Ombre partnered with QuarticOn and adopted its AI- and big-data-powered personalised recommendation system to showcase curated fashion sets, alternatives, and complementary items directly in the e-shop.

QuarticOn implemented a real-time recommendation engine—similar-product suggestions, dynamic empty-basket recommendations, and intelligent cross-sell on the basket page—tailored to each user’s behavior. The results were measurable: shoppers with alternative recommendations convert up to 3x better, the empty-basket page achieved ~19% conversion with CTR over 12%, the basket-page conversion is ~12%, about one in eight customers adds an extra item, and overall ROAS improved.
