DUKA, a Swedish-origin home interior brand with over 60 shops in Poland, partnered with QuarticOn to address falling engagement and search-driven conversions, improve customer communication, and overcome issues caused by AdBlock and third‑party cookie blocking. DUKA implemented QuarticOn’s suite — including the QuarticOn Product Recommendation Engine, QuarticOn AI Smart Search (Plus package), Marketing Automation and 1st‑party cookie custom solutions — to personalise the shop, speed up product discovery and safeguard tracking and deliverability.

QuarticOn deployed personalised recommendation frames, an AI Smart Search with autocomplete and SERP features, email/newsletter campaigns and a 1st‑party cookie setup; the implementation took about 4 weeks. Results included sessions-with-clicks conversion rising from 2.41% to 4.2% (+74%) and PSV up 52% (5.83 → 8.87); AI Smart Search accounted for 25% of shop sales (search CTR 12%, search conversion 2.07%); email conversion improved 1.16% → 1.58% (+36%) with bounce rate falling 32.49% → 19.32% (−68%) and deliverability at 99.9%. DUKA also reported an 11% sales lift in the first month from the recommendation engine, a further 14% after AI Smart Search, and a 40% increase in users engaging with modern tools thanks to QuarticOn’s 1st‑party integration.
