To meet these goals the company adopted QuarticOn’s AI-powered recommendation system.
QuarticOn deployed more than 10 recommendation widgets across the homepage, category pages, zero-search and empty-cart pages, using self-learning algorithms to analyze behavior and deliver real-time personalized, collaborative and cross-sell suggestions. The result was measurable: personalized recommendations drove an 8% monthly sales uplift, collaborative “products you might find interesting” added 5%, cross-sell pop-ups achieve roughly 1 in 8 clicks with every 10th converting, and overall CTR reached 12% with conversion at 10%.
