Quarry Design Group built an end-to-end data platform that ingested data from all sources into a managed PostgreSQL data warehouse, creating a governed, centralized foundation compliant with HIPAA. They developed a clean reporting layer and implemented self-serve BI dashboards in Looker for each team. The solution also included a reverse-ETL process that flagged at-risk accounts and wrote them directly back into the CRM. This provided the pharmacy group with a single source of truth, replaced manual reporting cycles, and made the data operational by directly guiding daily workflows.
