Harvest Hosts replatforms Brit Stops with Quarry Design Group across 4 European markets

Harvest Hosts faced a challenge with its European travel-membership brand, Brit Stops. The storefront ran on a risky, aging PHP monolith that required a developer for routine changes and was difficult to extend. As a newly acquired brand, it needed to align with modern technology standards while maintaining its distinct identity and multi-reseller commerce across four European markets.

Quarry Design Group replatformed the storefront onto a modern headless Jamstack. The solution involved building a Next.js storefront with a headless WordPress CMS for content and modernizing payments with Stripe. This gave the marketing team control over content and created a maintainable, scalable platform. While the case study highlights the successful technical outcome, it does not provide specific measurable results for this project.
