CM‑CIC Asset Management, part of the Crédit Mutuel‑CIC group, produces monthly two‑page UCITS fund fact sheets that aggregate text, tables and graphs from many sources. The manual, copy‑and‑paste process for about 150 sheets a month was slow, error‑prone and hard to standardize, with complex legal and external data sources and a goal to increase frequency and timeliness.

CM‑CIC AM implemented Quark’s dynamic publishing platform (QuarkXPress Server plus QuarkXPress templates, a data repository and a fusion engine) to automate data collection and template publishing. After rollout and iterations with EId and Atos Origin, production rose to over 400 sheets, production time fell by one third despite a 300% volume increase, workflows became secure and reliable, multilingual versions are planned, and other departments have begun adopting the system.
