Quantzig implemented HR analytics using the company’s HRIS data, analyzing hire dates, exit dates, pay changes, and compensation trends to build predictive churn models. The best model was able to explain 89% of attrition cost in testing and delivered about 80% accuracy in real-world use, helping the manufacturer reduce attrition and save approximately US$1 million per year.
