The Forome Association, focused on rare genetic disease research, approached Quantori with a challenge. They needed help unlocking the full potential of their open-source genomic analysis software, Anfisa, by improving its UX/UI to unblock a scientific research backlog that was creating a deficit for their bioinformatic experts.

Quantori implemented a three-stream plan to address DevOps objectives and unlock the platform's UX/UI potential. The solution included creating build-and-deploy scripts and implementing a testing strategy using BDD and TypeScript. In this ongoing project, the Quantori team is focused on implementing the most effective domain-centric UX/UI to unleash the software's scientific properties.
